If you have read through the "Learn the Solution " section you should have all the basic information you need to get started on implementing the solution for yourself. The following links are meant to supplement the information on the Learn the Solution page specifically on how to get started and keep going:
- Find a medical professional that is either NEUTRAL or ADVOCATE of using a low carbohydrate diet to treat diabetes. At a minimumm you will need a set of medical professionals that are not antagonistic towards using low carboyhdrate diets in returning normal blood sugars to diabetics.
- Make sure you get a Pre-A1C so that you can see the progress for your self (as noted here my A1C before was 8.0 and after 3 months went to 5.0--my sucess story can be found here)
- Remember that the solution has three components: Diet, Exercise and medical treatment don't ignore any dimension.
